Apryl holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and spent years in business operations and tech startups before building her real estate career. That background gives her clients a true strategic advantage, with high-level expertise in pricing, negotiation, market analysis, land development, and off-market opportunities. She is also a TV host of American Dream TV, where she shares the beauty and lifestyle of Southern California with a wider audience.

Today, Apryl lives with her family on a 10-acre regenerative property in De Luz, and she understands firsthand the financial, emotional, and personal value of finding land that supports a larger purpose.
